As the Marketing Lead, you'll have a key role on the marketing team in the way we connect with customers to drive growth across our products. In this role, you'll be focused on informing and implementing a tactical roadmap of initiatives to help expand our businesses and support the launch of new products.
We are looking for a consumer product marketer who can build and launch marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, adoption, and growth as well as implement go-to-market strategies for our innovative products alongside cross-functional teams
Please note this is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, Berlin, or Warsaw, with an expectation to be in the office 2-3 times a week.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term go-to-market strategies to support growth and product marketing teams in achieving targets and forecast outcomes.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship, while actively engaging in tactical deep dives.
- Oversee and evolve current growth and product marketing teams to ensure strategic execution and target achievement.
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to transition from single-product brand awareness to comprehensive solutions and bundles.
- Utilize paid ads, events, and various other channels to drive self-service revenue growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community marketing strategy tailored to the developer community, leveraging platforms such as our blog, Discord, and other relevant channels.
- Craft and operationalize the vision for the future of Cere Network through thought leadership and brand marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the product team to develop and execute effective product marketing strategies for Cere Network's diverse portfolio.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in product marketing or a related field, demonstrating a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Ideally experience working in gaming or an agency.
- Extensive background in technology marketing with a strong understanding of selling tech products and navigating developer ecosystems.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams such as sales, product development, and customer success, fostering cross-functional synergy.
- Successful history of overseeing growth initiatives, optimizing operational efficiencies, and crafting strategic plans within the marketing domain to align with overarching company objectives.
- Experience in developing and executing product marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive product adoption.
- Experience in owning pipeline generation strategies for enterprise clients, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.
- Deep interest and understanding of web3/blockchain technology and its potential impact.
