  10. Lead the efforts to participate in external employer awards and recognition programs, highlighting the company's strengths and achievements.
  11. Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Comparably, Google, Indeed, and Instagram.
  12. Respond to all employee and candidate reviews in a timely manner.
  13. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay current.
  14. Track and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives and campaigns.
  15. Provide regular reports on social media engagement, content performance, and other key metrics.

What you'll bring:

  3. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  5. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  6. Proficiency in social media analytics and tools.
  7. Passion for building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  8. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  9. Knowledge of employer branding best practices and trends.
