Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a global talent brand strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives.
  2. Enhance our employer brand across various channels, including our careers website, social media, and job boards.
  3. Collaborate with internal brand ambassadors to amplify our message and create a strong employer brand.
  4. Own and drive active candidate 'top of funnel' initiatives, optimizing our speed and cost of talent acquisition by driving more high-quality candidates proactively.
  5. Create engaging content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee experiences, including social media, company website, blogs, and employee testimonials.
  6. Enhance and communicate our Employment Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring it resonates with current and potential employees.
  7. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop targeted recruitment marketing campaigns.
  8. Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  9. Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Comparably, Google, Indeed, and Instagram.
  10. Respond to all employee and candidate reviews in a timely manner.
  11. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay current.
  12. Track and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives and campaigns.
  13. Provide regular reports on social media engagement, content performance, and other key metrics.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and employer/talent branding.
  3. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  5. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  6. Proficiency in social media analytics and tools.
  7. Passion for building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  8. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  9. Knowledge of employer branding best practices and trends.
  10. Familiarity with employer branding tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
