We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Brand Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team at Infoblox. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing our talent brand identity, crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent by showcasing our company culture, values, and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global talent brand strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives.
- Enhance our employer brand across various channels, including our careers website, social media, and job boards.
- Collaborate with internal brand ambassadors to amplify our message and create a strong employer brand.
- Own and drive active candidate 'top of funnel' initiatives, optimizing our speed and cost of talent acquisition by driving more high-quality candidates proactively.
- Create engaging content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee experiences, including social media, company website, blogs, and employee testimonials.
- Enhance and communicate our Employment Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring it resonates with current and potential employees.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop targeted recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Comparably, Google, Indeed, and Instagram.
- Respond to all employee and candidate reviews in a timely manner.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay current.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on social media engagement, content performance, and other key metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and employer/talent branding.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and tools.
- Passion for building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Knowledge of employer branding best practices and trends.
- Familiarity with employer branding tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
