We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter/ Lead Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Anatomage, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring we attract top-tier talent to support our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet Anatomage's hiring needs, including creating and implementing innovative sourcing techniques.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve their hiring goals and enhance their professional development.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and talent pools.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time to fill, cost per hire, and candidate quality, and make data-driven decisions to improve the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a range of positions, including technical and senior-level roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
