Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Leadership: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect our data and systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Cloud Security: Take ownership of M365 security in an AWS environment, ensuring the secure deployment and management of cloud-based systems and services.
  • Security Architecture: Design, implement, and manage security measures to protect our IT, cloud infrastructure, and products, including SIEM, IDPS, IAM, and MDM.
  • Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response planning to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the delivery of training programs for security and IT personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to protect our assets.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Experience with AWS services, including IAM, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, GuardDuty, WAF, and others.
  • Experience with security tools focused on SIEM, Firewall, IDP/IPS, Encryption, Vulnerability Management, IAM, and Risk Assessment.
  • Experience securing M365 in an AWS environment is highly preferred.
  • CISSP, ISCO, GIAC, or AWS Certified Security Specialty is highly preferred.
