Outside Sales Representative

Labor Services Company is a family-owned transportation company that has been in business for over fifty (50) years and we are looking to add a full-time salesperson to our Bloomington, MN team
Responsibilities
- Full-time, in-office with occasional travel
- Be willing to learn and eventually master the intricacies of employee leasing
- Field phone calls, visit potential customers, follow-up on leads
- Work sponsored tables at golf, clay shooting, etc. events
- Provide management with ongoing status updates on leads
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Self-starter - be able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills required (Word and Outlook, at least)
- Live in Minnesota and not looking for remote-only work
- Has social media and understands how it can provide a sales advantage
- Knowledge of various customer management systems preferred
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive base pay offered plus a commission on sales
- Full benefits available after 90 days (health, dental, vision, voluntary, and 401k)
