Job Title: Outside Sales Account Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team at New York Life. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and other performance metrics
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
