Position Summary: The Director, Digital Solutions will play a pivotal role shaping and executing the firm’s digital strategy. This role combines elements of digital strategy, business analysis and product management to ensure that our digital tools and platforms meet the evolving needs of our clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation, gathering and representing feedback, testing new features, prioritizing business needs, and advocating for the adoption of digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Prioritization: Collaborate with and align stakeholders across the firm to prioritize new feature requests and feedback, translating them into functional and technical requirements for Microsoft Dynamics and Access CA. Provide business prioritization insights to leadership to advocate for funding and approval.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments, including IT and data and operations to ensure alignment of digital strategy with organizational goals.
  3. Product Ownership/Management: Lead development and management of the product roadmap for digital tools. Work closely with the IT and developer teams to ensure alignment with business goals and client needs. Become the point person internally for driving digital strategy.
  4. Feature and User Acceptance Testing: Participate in the testing of new features in development before they are released. Lead user acceptance testing to ensure that deliverables meet defined business requirements and client expectations.
  5. Process Mapping and Standardization: Develop and document standardized workflows and processes to guide development and testing teams.
  6. Advocacy and Adoption: Advocate for the adoption of digital tools and strategy within the organization. Develop and implement strategies to drive tool usage and engagement.
  7. Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend new approaches to drive growth and improve business performance.
  8. Digital Strategy Development: Co-create and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for Global Investing, including overseeing the Dynamics CRM and Access CA client portal platforms. Align digital initiatives with business goals and client needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
  2. 8+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or product management.
  3. Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and managing complex projects.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  7. Experience with user acceptance testing and feature prioritization.
  8. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  9. Familiarity with product management principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in the financial services industry.
  2. Knowledge of client-facing digital tools and platforms.
  3. Certification in business analysis or product management.
