Job Description
  • Lead in the development of Press Releases & Newsletters
  • Lead in the development of Latiné Marketing Material for clients, shows, film, and content.
  • Lead the recruitment of corporate clients
  • Develop strategy to brand the company, merchandise, and events
  • Be part of the Sales team to identify, cultivate, and develop leads through the business development life-cycle
  • Routine maintenance of CRM database (i.e. Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Work with Senior Leaders and Project Managers to develop strategies
  • Ensure project goals align with the Company’s Strategic Campaign Plan
  • Attend weekly conference calls, monthly, and quarterly meetings
  • Lead and coordinate promotion of events
  • Lead our increasing social media following (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Lead and assist with the recruitment of interns, contractors, freelancers, and key employees

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work independently & with a team
  • Working knowledge and use of social media
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of new and traditional media trends
