The Director of Operations will collaborate closely with the VP of Operations and will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of the organization in the post-acute care environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee provider scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and efficient use of resources across facilities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, acting as the primary point of contact to address concerns and enhance collaboration.
  • Lead and manage operational support personnel, ensuring compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Implement strategies to improve operational workflows and service delivery, working with interdisciplinary teams to optimize processes.
  • Assist with facility launches and the integration of services, focusing on enhancing client and provider relationships.
  • Support provider engagement and retention through effective onboarding, training, and established employee programs.
  • Provide operational support to the VP of Operations, including managing staffing levels, developing market strategies, and assisting in growth planning.
  • Develop and execute improvement plans to address identified opportunities in customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion in a high-pressure environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and healthcare software.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare, with a focus on operations in a post-acute care setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Requires rare travel to launch new facilities
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Reports to VP of Operations.
