Compliance Manager

Nordstrom is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance group, you will be responsible for building and executing our vision for regulatory compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related matters
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the retail industry
- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, including PCI, HIPAA, and SOX
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
