Job Description

Puget Sound Energy is seeking a highly skilled Privacy Compliance Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Legal team, you will be responsible for providing compliance expertise and consultation on consumer and employee privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulatory representatives to remediate non-compliance issues.
  • Monitor and track new compliance requirements, and develop programs to evaluate operational impacts.
  • Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance current compliance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, legal, or related field.
  • 10 years of relevant experience, including 7 years in utility operations or the energy sector.
  • 3 years of experience with compliance programs, including development, evaluation, and audit.

Puget Sound Energy offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $101,000.00-$168,200.00, and eligibility for annual goals-based incentive bonuses. We also offer a suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and short- and long-term disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) investment option and a cash balance retirement plan.
