Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
  • Build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to HR Operations.
  • Spearhead the implementation of new HR systems, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking System, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Drive process re-engineering and change management efforts to support our ambitious growth trajectory, focusing on areas such as Payroll, Onboarding, and Data management.
  • Develop and document scalable processes to effectively manage the people side of our business.
  • Oversee the development and execution of Total Rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive benefits enrollment initiatives to optimize employee experience.
  • Develop custom programs to enhance performance management, compensation, and HR analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology in our onboarding process for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish feedback loops to continuously enhance internal processes.
  • Execute employee surveys, analyze people analytics data, and collaborate with the HR team to provide actionable insights.
  • Define and assess job levels, titles, and competencies to support organizational growth and provide clear career paths for employees.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop strategic solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies informed by progressive practices in the market.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on policies, procedures, employment law, and HR fundamentals.
  • Lead the development of reporting and analysis across HR functions.
  • Responsible for overseeing HR tools, including HRIS and employee-facing platforms, ensuring integrity and functionality.
  • Support the payroll function in Finance as a key partner.
Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business-focused field preferred; advanced degree in organizational development strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in various HR disciplines or 5 years of People Operations functional leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing or rolling out HR-related initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience leading large-scale change initiatives or transforming People Operations in a rapid growth environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Experience with unwinding a PEO is preferred.
  • Experience implementing HR systems.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong domain knowledge of HR operations disciplines, including HRIS, compensation, benefits, payroll, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, brokers, and consultants.
  • Proven track record of building strong, trusting relationships to drive results.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
