Job Summary

As a key member of the executive team, this individual will be responsible for formulating strategies and directing action plans to meet the credit union's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee deposit and electronic operations to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant delivery of services.
  • Lead IT functions, including technology infrastructure, system administration, and vendor management, to ensure a stable and available technology environment.
  • Develop and implement effective technology management functions in a highly regulated environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and minimizing member impact and credit union exposure.
  • Implement strategic direction for day-to-day operations and technology support functions, including identifying business trends, crafting business objectives, and aligning departmental direction to execute the credit union's business plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or equivalent required; master's degree highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years of strong experience in operations management, information technology, and/or advanced knowledge of financial/banking environments.
  • Thorough knowledge of state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations as it relates to deposit and electronic operations and loan servicing.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to interact with diverse teams and individuals, motivate and influence others, and deal effectively with compliance issues and regulatory enforcement.
