Executive Assistant to the President of Financial Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President of Financial Services. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a senior executive in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to tasks, and the ability to handle a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Key responsibilities include managing the executives' daily calendar, scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing itineraries, and arranging transportation and travel as applicable.
What you have already achieved: (Requirements)
- 5+ years experience with supporting a C Suite Executive in the private equity industry (commercial real estate preferred)
- Experience with utilizing data reporting in software such as POWER BI
- Ability to successfully navigate multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and ability to work at a fast pace
- Proven ability to interact effectively with HNW clients, colleagues and senior leadership
- Excellent time and priority management skills
- Technology savvy and proficient in google office and HubSpot (preferred)
- Manage and coordinate the President of Financial Services' calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for the executive.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive and internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise within the office.
- Become an EES Tools expert.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
