Administrative Customer Assistant

We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our client's team the 1st week of July This on-site position is located in Waunakee - conveniently near Madison's Northeast side.
You will support the customer via phones and email, along with internal teams such as: sales, manufacturing, supply chain and more. This position is heavy on data entry and processes.
The Customer Experience Team operates Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. (1 hour lunches)
- $21-22/hr
- Benefits from Day 1 with this temp to hire position - including PTO
You will have a comprehensive training program in a collaborative working environment while gaining technical and mechanical product knowledge in a growing industry
Your duties would include:
• Enter orders into manufacturing system.
• Contact customers for information about purchase orders.
• Work with drafting on order information.
• File and maintain paperwork associated with each order.
•Assist Customer Experience team by working on quotes from the quotes queue,
taking customer phone calls (in back-up capacity).
