As a People Business Partner, you will be part of a front-footed, innovative, intellectually curious team that strives to be both excellent and kind. Your role will involve aligning HR practices with business goals, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and development. You will be a key player in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the organization's values and goals are reflected in all People activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Strategic People Leader Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to resolve employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Support onboarding, and performance management processes.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Maintain compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Organizational Development: Drive cultural transformation and support performance initiatives.
  • People Team Projects and Initiatives: Participate in HR projects to implement and improve programs.
YOUR EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & MINDSETS:
  • 3-5 years proven experience within an HR/People team in a business partner role dealing with employee engagement, leave, and managerial support matters
  • At least 2 years successfully working within HR/People teams at a fast-moving startup
  • You are resilient, curious, and non-judgmental
  • You take a rigorous, proactive approach to your work with attention to detail as a starting point
  • You are a nuanced communicator, tailoring your approach to the other person
  • Feel a supreme need to achieve the best results and doing what it takes to get there.
  • Able to understand others and the context of the situation so you can act with anticipation and nuance
  • Driven to solve problems and fix things when they are broken. You aim for long-term solutions through learning and problem-solving.
