Position: Assistant Community Manager for Two Addison Place – Pooler, GA
Role Overview
As the Assistant Community Manager for Two Addison Place, you will take initiative to assist with the day-to-day operations of this very fast-paced, high-volume community of 326 apartment-homes.
Most Important Responsibilities
- Meet monthly leasing goals and maintain a conversion ratio compliant with CRC policy and expectation.
- Assist with coaching and developing a team of 1 Leasing Specialist in accordance with CRC policy and procedures.
- Reporting on weekly traffic trends to capture reasons for leasing and any objections, which will result in weekly pricing recommendations.
- Delinquency management through timely and consistent correspondence to residents.
- Inspect vacant units, establish hot sheet, and manage mini model placement and inventory.
- Effectively manage Renter’s Insurance to remain in compliance with CRC policy and expectation.
- Successfully manage renewals to meet resident retention goals.
- Plan and facilitate events to attract and retain residents
- Acts as the on-site supervisor in the absence of the community manager.
Most Important Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of leasing experience preferred.
- ACM experience a plus.
- Conversion ratio must meet or exceed 35%.
- Strong track record of meeting TPA benchmarks.
- Demonstrated ability to independently resolve resident concerns.
- Organization skills, strong follow up, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
