Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the sales team, interior designers, and support staff to surpass daily and monthly targets.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Support the Store Manager and Interior Designer in implementing sales and design strategies.
  • Promote and enhance the In-Home Design Program.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
  • Degree in business or a design-related field (Bachelor's preferred, Associate acceptable).
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful professional experience.
  • Previous experience in managing large-ticket sales.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in customer service.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to read printed materials and computer screens.
  • Ability to hear and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Capability to sit, stand, and move around the showroom, including brisk walking.
  • Ability to kneel and lift items from the ground.
  • Capacity to lift furniture weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficient in typing and handling a tablet.
Additional Requirements:
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Achieve sales targets of $20,000 monthly, with 40% from In-Home Design.
  • Drive the company’s vision and growth.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding dress code, presentations, and schedules.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of new styles, colors, technologies, and products.
