Key Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, assist the Executive Housekeeper in various tasks within the housekeeping and laundry departments. Maintain exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction. Ensure high-quality standards are upheld in all areas, including guest rooms, laundry, public spaces, meeting areas, and storage facilities. Uphold a strong standard of integrity, service, and hospitality in all interactions with team members and guests.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
Possess a comprehensive understanding of cleaning methods for guest accommodations and laundry operations. Familiarity with the proper use and storage of cleaning agents is essential. General knowledge of equipment such as vacuums and commercial laundry machines is required. Ability to lead the housekeeping team to achieve cleanliness and quality standards that exceed company expectations.
