Business Development Specialist

Description
We are looking for a full-time candidates for our Business Development/Telemarking department. This opportunity will entail calling out on our client database, answering incoming calls from clients who are interested in obtaining quotes for home loans and pre-qualifying leads & transferring potential client to loan officers. You will need to learn basic mortgage terms, products and guidelines.
Requirements
- Outbound call center or sales related experience is a plus
- Comfortable cold-calling & being productive on the phones
- Able to handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls
- Excellent at communicating with the ability to call, connect & interact with potential client
- Energetic, professional, resilient, positive, self-motivated while working independently on a team
- Basic computer skills- Microsoft word, Excel, etc.
- Must pass background check

Compensation based on experience: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour plus commission
