We are seeking a talented Site Operations Supervisor to join our team to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day activities related to the smooth functioning of the site operations.
  • Directed day-to-day operations by spearheading implementation of short-term and long-term strategies to achieve business plan and profitability goals.
  • Manage quality, customer service and logistics.
  • Build strong operational teams to meet process and production demands.
  • Guide employees on understanding and meeting changing customer needs and expectations.
  • Track and replenish inventory to maintain par levels.
  • Manage scheduling, training and inventory control
  • Respond to information requests from supervisors, providing specific documentation.
  • Motivate and evaluate personnel for performance improvement and goal achievement
  • Provide leadership, insight and mentoring to newly hired employees to supply knowledge of various company programs
  • Prepare staff work schedules and assign team members to specific duties

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 years of Production/Lettershop experience
  • 2 to 4 years experience managing associates to gain optimum individual performance
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be directly interacting with Print and Mail Machine Operators a
  • A deadline-driven mindset
  • Excellent multi-task skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service oriented, excellent written, verbal communication, time management skills and learns processes quickly
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to keep things moving and staying on track
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially word and excel in a project management environment
