Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor will act as the primary liaison during various events organized by the Arts, Activities, and Athletics Department. Responsibilities include overseeing community activities such as sports events, celebrations, theatrical performances, and club meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit knowledge of organizational guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of events and activities.
  • Confirm certification for competition officials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
  • Address customer inquiries by fully understanding their requests and communicating suitable solutions within organizational guidelines.
  • Announce teams and starting lineups for events.
  • Perform light custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, restocking supplies, trash disposal, and occasional snow removal, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Administer basic first aid when necessary.
  • Set up and take down necessary equipment.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure and tact in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Willingness to manage minor injuries such as cuts and burns.
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and assessment skills.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, fairness, and diversity in serving students and the educational community.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience.
  • Completion of American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, AED courses, or equivalent training from another organization.
