Reports to: Director of Brewery Operations
Schedule: Up to Full Time
Status: Non-Exempt

Job Description:
Lost Province Brewing Company is a brewpub that has a growing self-distribution wholesale and retail business. As a small growing brewery, the employee will have a broad range of responsibilities. Primarily, the employee is responsible for growing and managing wholesale distribution for Lost Province Brewing Co. Applicants should be passionate about craft brewing, interested in building strong personal relationships with retailers and handling the day-to-day business of sales to meet distribution, financial, and growth objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities, Including But Not Limited To:
1. Control sales for off premise accounts, including orders, delivery, and account status.
2. Execute sales strategies as determined by management, grow revenue, meet sales goals, etc.
3. Grow brand distribution in local retail outlets and open new account business.
4. Engage customers to ensure all accounts are contacted regularly.
5. Plan and execute promotional events to drive sales and distribution; performing on or off premise events including samplings, on premise tastings, beer dinners, etc.
6. Communicate relevant information to manager regarding accounts, products, opportunities, etc.
7. Participate in regular sales meetings to help create sales goals.
8. Understand and communicate the companys mission, and provide public and client training and education.
9. Participate in festivals and promotional events, some evening and weekend work is required.
10. Trouble-shoot draft equipment issues for local accounts, clean and maintain draft lines for Lost Province beers.
11. Database maintenance regarding account status and ordering, tap handle and keg inventory management.
12. Regular reporting of sales activity and progress, visitation reports, expense reports, etc.
13. Promote Lost Province Brewing Company events and promotions on social media and other vectors.

Job Requirements:
1. Valid NC Drivers license and a clean driving record.
2. Strong craft beer knowledge, and general knowledge of the brewing process.
3. Able to lift 50 lb., able to move 150 lb. keg.
4. Computer skills in common applications.
5. Previous sales experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
1. Base salary plus commissions and bonuses based on meeting sales targets.
2. Paid Time Off (PTO), Sick Leave, Health Insurance for employees working > 35 hr/week.
