  • Effectively communicate complex health insurance concepts to clients, colleagues, and providers through both verbal and written channels.
  • Identify and address patterns of inconsistent claims submissions, guiding customers and providers on the correct practices and policies.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with individual clients to achieve sales and retention objectives.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the mission and values of our organization by providing innovative service and sales solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales performance.
  • Offer guidance to internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Healthcare, and Network Management teams to improve customer and provider relations.
  • Represent the organization at community events, which may occur outside of regular business hours.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of proven experience in a customer service-oriented environment, or equivalent educational background.
  • Must obtain a North Carolina Insurance license within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Willingness to work on-site.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience with various health insurance products, including those for different age groups and commercial plans.
