Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Product Specialists to join our team at Honda of Boone. As a Sales and Product Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting a vehicle, performing high-quality demonstrations, and building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs and preferences
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicles to showcase features and benefits
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Overcome objections and facilitate sales to meet or exceed sales targets

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an aggressive compensation plan that is driven by commission and includes a guaranteed income. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, paid time off, company holidays, 401(k), and various wellness and gym reimbursements.
