- Gain comprehensive knowledge of all product lines/services, including industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Provide exceptional support to existing clients.
- Utilize digital systems to track and monitor customer interactions.
- Develop expertise in JSA's online agent resources to assist clients effectively.
- Generate new business opportunities through conventions, campaigns, meetings, and other outreach efforts.
- Enhance business performance by understanding agency and industry demands.
- Attend industry conventions, expos, and trade shows.
- Regularly contact and meet potential clients to explore new opportunities.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing agencies/clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to create innovative programs and identify new opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of successful sales or marketing experience, or demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret digital data and statistics.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Proven capability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory and attend national/area industry events.
- Proficient in or quick to learn G-Suite products and social media platforms.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize and work independently on projects.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
