How will this role have an impact?

The Network Success team is responsible for leadership and strategic oversight of Signify Health's provider network conducting in-home and virtual health evaluations. The team provides clinical support to the network, ensuring providers deliver a high quality, high-value service.

In this role, the Senior Regional Manager serves as the team lead for an assigned region and is responsible for the management of Clinical Network Leads (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistants cohort), Regional Clinical Managers (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistants cohort), and Nurse Clinical Leads. The Senior Regional Manager is responsible for overall business operations within the assigned Network Success region. Duties for the role will focus on leading the individual members of the regional team, driving regional goals for network clinical performance, and creating strategies to boost the quality of the health evaluation product.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Licensing Requirements:

  • Master's degree in nursing or business, or graduate of an ARC-PA accredited entry-level Physician Assistant program, required
  • RN, APRN/RN, or PA state license (unencumbered) required with ability to apply for licensure in other states
  • Board-certified Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (if Master's degree conferred for Advanced Practice Nursing or Board-Certified Physician Assistant.)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years experience conducting Health Risk Evaluations, preferred
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience pertinent to the member population(s) requiring oversight
  • Minimum 2 years managerial experience with remote employees

POSITIONS REPORTING TO THIS POSITION: Clinical Network Leads, Regional Clinical Managers, and Nurse Clinical Leads

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide point of contact clinical leadership to regional team staff
  • Direct supervision/management of assigned regional team including training, review and approval of time off requests, completion of annual performance evaluations, corrective action, expense report approval, time card approval, and conducting staff meetings
  • Drive regional clinical network performance through KPIs/ performance metrics, providing 1:1 feedback and supporting performance coaching to regional staff, holding staff accountable for productivity and other performance and quality of service metrics
  • Provide monthly reporting of network oversight productivity and other metric review for the provider network
  • Support regional team in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing effectiveness of team
  • Develop effective working relationships between regional team members, other provider experience stakeholders, network providers, and clients as applicable
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and Operations teams to identify and execute on opportunities to engage the provider network and enhance the provider experience
  • Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer, VP Network Success, Directors of Clinical Operations, and Clinical Education department on identification of new hire and ongoing learning needs, as well as design and delivery of learning content
  • Serve as a liaison between assigned regional team and other corporate departments to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent dissemination of policies and other information from corporate office to field clinicians
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance departments to promote and ensure network provider compliance with all administrative, legal and compliance specific policies
  • Support recruitment and retention opportunities for Signify Health's Network Success team including, but not limited to, interviewing and hiring decisions

ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings as needed
  • Attend training sessions to acquire/enhance skills related to programs offered
  • Complete reports/projects/tasks as requested by the Vice President of Network Success
  • Daily troubleshooting of program/processes as indicated
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required

The base salary hiring range for this position is $112,000 to $185,200. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
