As a Client Services Representative, you will contribute to the overall success of our organization by ensuring our clients' needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized support and guidance.
  • Effectively communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the company to coordinate and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to be able to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to clients.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions are recorded and updated in our CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service in a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
