Job Summary

The Account Executive generates new residential real estate title/escrow business through contact with attorneys, realtors, lenders, and builders. This role also provides support to existing clients and manages a book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals by employing results-focused business development practices
  • Establish positive and proactive relationships with clients
  • Keep accurate records of sales presentations, cold calls and other appointments
  • Deliver effective sales presentations to individuals or groups
  • Be available for networking and real estate association events

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of title experience
  • 5 years sales experience in real estate related services
  • College degree preferable
