Our manufacturing facility is in Chili, NY just west of the Rochester International Airport. Position Description

The Office Manager is responsible for the processing of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll.

Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in accounting, business or related field and minimum two years of experience preferred.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  1. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  2. Excellent math skills.
  3. MS Office.
  4. Experience in Great Plains, a plus.
  5. Experience in ISolved, a plus.

Essential Functions

  1. Prepare and process weekly payroll. Compile reports as requested.
  2. Process new hires, terminations, rate changes, and benefit deductions.
  3. Process Accounts Receivable.
  4. Process Accounts Payable.
  5. Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate team member.
  6. Greet customers and vendors upon arrival.
  7. Assist with arrangement of company tours.
  8. Customer credit card processing.
  9. Credit Card reconciliations.
  10. Act as a backup for Cost Accountant.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned and needed.
