Responsibilities

Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day office activities, including scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks.

Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions.

Team Supervision: Lead and guide office staff, providing support, training, and motivation to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting to support business growth and profitability.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in all office operations.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in office management or a related field is preferred.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Leadership Qualities: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.

Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
