Job Overview
As an Appointment Setting Specialist, you play a crucial role in facilitating connections between potential clients and our recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services. Your primary responsibility is to schedule appointments for our RPO sales team, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients. If you have a passion for engaging with people and an interest in the recruitment process outsourcing industry, this position is an ideal fit.

Responsibilities
As an Appointment Setting Specialist, you will take on the following responsibilities:
  • Make 80-100 cold calls per day, have 8 live conversations, and successfully convert 1 or more of those into scheduled appointments.
  • Ensure positive interactions with every prospective client, creating a favorable impression of our RPO services.
  • Proactively learn about our company and strive for personal and professional growth within the role.
  • Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue and contribute to the overall success of our RPO sales efforts.
  • Demonstrate a pleasant disposition and effectively explain our RPO products and services to prospective clients.
  • Record activity and notes in our CRM to maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and distribute weekly reports summarizing activity to discuss on the weekly sales meeting. 

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
To excel as an Appointment Setting Specialist, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; some college education preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Proficient in working independently using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle various appointment setting tasks.
  • Availability to work 8 hours each day, 5 days per week.
  • A positive attitude that contributes to a collaborative team environment.
  • A pleasant speaking voice to create a positive impression when interacting with prospects and clients.
  • Experience and willingness to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize appointments effectively within the RPO context.
