Join our team as a Day-to-Day Lead in our Service Department, where you'll oversee operations and contribute to our community-focused electrical services.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls promptly and coordinate estimates
- Schedule appointments and manage customer data
- Conduct market research and lead marketing efforts
- Manage the Day-to-Day team and monitor performance metrics
- Design and implement effective processes
- Follow up on customer payment / collection calls
