We are currently seeking a skilled Field Service Technician for a significant opportunity within our organization. This role is a Contract to Hire position that offers long-term career prospects.
Position Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing field service support, addressing break-fix issues for various devices including PCs, laptops, printers, and point-of-sale systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field dispatch services for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and maintain effective communication in verbal, written, and electronic formats.
- Adhere to a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with an on-call rotation for weekends and after-hours support.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of field service experience is preferred.
- Possession of a current CompTIA A+ certification is mandatory for this Tech II role.
- Ability to drive up to 100 miles per day, although most days will require less travel.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is between $19 and $20 per hour, with employee benefits that include health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and a 401(k) plan.
