Tanker Truck Driver Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tanker Truck Driver to join our team at Wynne Transport Service, Inc. As a Tanker Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling petroleum products in and around Des Moines, Iowa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tanker trailer to transport petroleum products
  • Ensure the safe and secure transportation of cargo
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
  • Communicate effectively with customers and dispatchers
Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements
  • 2 years of recent driving experience
  • 12 months of tractor trailer experience in the last 5 years
  • Experience with a 36 ft. trailer minimum
  • Pass a urine drug test
  • English proficiency required
