- **Appointment Scheduling:** Manage the scheduling of service appointments, coordinating with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- **Communication:** Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Redirect calls to appropriate personnel as needed.
- **Administrative Support:** Maintain accurate records, process service orders, and handle other administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.

- **Payment Processing:** Handle payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
