We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 501-unit luxury mid-rise in Lauderhill - immediately adjacent to W Commercial Blvd and N University Drive Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

  • At least two years of experience as an assistant manager at an apartment community.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays, as needed based on property needs.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
