As a Human Resources Specialist at BNA Business Center, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our company’s most valuable asset – our employees. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to training and development, employee relations, and performance management. You will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team, ensuring that our employees feel supported, motivated, and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment and selection process, from identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to welcome new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

• Oversee all aspects of employee training and development, including identifying training needs, creating training materials, and coordinating training sessions.

• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes and updates.

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

• Handle all employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and coaching managers on appropriate actions.

• Manage performance evaluations and performance improvement programs to support employee growth and development.

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

• Stay informed about market trends and salaries to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
