We’re hiring a full-time Associate Program Manager for our Multifamily Housing Division.

As an Associate Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the administration of supportive housing programs that contribute to our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the administration of New Hampshire Housing’s multifamily development programs, with a primary focus on supportive housing and supportive housing for those with opioid use disorders.
  • Participating in the reviews, underwriting, and processing of project funding applications for NH Housing's multifamily financing programs. Determining project feasibility by analyzing third party reports, development costs, rental income and rent compliance with the various funding source requirements. Analyzing proposed project operating budgets for long term economic feasibility.
  • Maintaining familiarity with housing resources including, HOME, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax-Exempt Bonds, FHA Risk sharing, Section 8, CDBG, FHLB, Housing Trust Fund, Rural Development, and all other housing resources necessary to implement NH Housing’s financing programs.
  • Assist in the preparation of program reports, evaluation, and assessment.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Experience in housing development, design, construction project management, zoning, building codes, legal, or energy conservation is desired.
  • Experience in service delivery or service delivery program administration in the context of housing is desired.
  • Education: six to eight years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time.
