- Document call details and customer interactions accurately in our database.
- Stay informed about products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while handling challenging situations.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and customer service standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints with empathy.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software are a plus.
