What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct employer/business prospecting resulting in new or expanded relationships with customer’s including committees, appointments, business meetings, and chamber events.
  • Assure appropriate management of existing business relationships by establishing expectations of each customer and monitoring accounts.
  • Facilitate the transition of new and established business relationships to the transportation operations team.
  • Engage with established customers to gather feedback and assess their level of satisfaction with our services.
  • Seeks out new market insights and business opportunities through research and analysis, including data gathering & reporting.
  • Research economic trends in transportation, present findings clearly, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Represent Hope Network Transportation to our funders, community partners and/or support agencies.
  • Timely completion of documentation and data tracking.

Anticipated Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible schedule)

Evenings and weekends as needed to attend corporate and networking events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, business management, or human services.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, or business education.
