Job Description

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate technology issues for internal clients or external customers.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting of desktop issues to resolve technical problems efficiently
  • Perform network maintenance tasks to ensure networks operate correctly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic LAN/WAN issues to maintain network stability.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to address technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and software.
  • Apply knowledge of engineering science and technology to support and maintain IT systems.
  • Thoroughly document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all support activities.
  • Must have an A+, MCSA, or HDI Service Desk Certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and software.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for LAN/WAN issues.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting of desktop issues.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate technical issues systematically.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • A+, MCSA, or HDI Service Desk Certification, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner
