What YOU Will Do:
- Develop and Execute Campaigns: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of our multifamily apartment community clients.
- Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop impactful marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads.
- Analyze and Optimize: Use tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media channels.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
What YOU will have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in paid advertising, social media management, and content writing.
- Skills: Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta (formerly Facebook), Cloud Campaign, Canva, and WordPress.
- Attributes: Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
