Key responsibilities include tracking email performance, analyzing data to optimize deliverability and maximize email list growth, and managing the email program using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and other Email Sending Platforms.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. A BA/BS Degree and experience with Microsoft Office Suite are required.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing and digital fundraising, and proposing and implementing tactics to optimize email marketing effectiveness.

The successful candidate will be a team player, able to work collaboratively with others and prioritize effectively.
