Position Overview:
 
  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ISO Quality Manager is responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance Department with all
ISO 9001 related quality assurance functions within TIW (Division of ReNEW Manufacturing Solutions, LLC).
This role provides implementation and oversight of the requirements for the ISO 9001 Quality Management
System (QMS) for ReNEW Manufacturing Solutions’ business model.
The ISO Quality Manager will ensure the ISO 9001 QMS demonstrates its ability to consistently
provide products and services that meet customer and statutory & regulatory requirements. The
ISO Quality Manager will ensure that Renew will enhance customer satisfaction through the
effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system & the
assurance of conformity to customer and statutory & regulatory requirements. The ISO Quality
Manager will actively interact with all departments within ReNEW and may interact with
regulatory agencies, customers, consultants and vendors as related to the ISO 9001 QMS needs.
 
    1. Responsibilities to support ISO 9001 QMS.
The ISO Quality Manager will work to establish procedures and quality standards and to
monitor these against agreed targets. The ISO Quality Manager must have experience in a
manufacturing facility.  In this role the ISO Quality Manager must lead the company’s quality
efforts such that it is prepared to adapt to changes. Eventually, this position will provide support for
quality issues/concerns encountered within the ReNEW facilities and maintain the corporate ISO
program.
Specific responsibilities include documenting and retaining records for:
  • Quality Policy; Scope of QMS; Management review
  • Process Control through Procedures, Work Instructions, & Specifications
  • Document control & revisions
  • Training & competence
  • Risks & Opportunities; Resources needed
  • Change management; Non-Conformance; Release of product
  • Calibration & maintenance and traceability; Monitoring & measurement of process
  • Corrective action; Process improvements
  • Customer satisfaction & support; Post-delivery activity
  • Customer communication of product requirement
  • Internal audit; External/Customer audit(s); Supplier Quality management
  • Product identification & traceability; Retains/Preservation

1.2 Additional responsibilities to support Quality Assurance for ISO 9001 QMS.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with QA Manager regarding revisions, updates,
  • changes, non-conformance, or any other process related activities that may affect
  • future regulatory requirements.
  • Completion of customer document requests associated with the ISO 9001 QMS.
  • Facilitate ISO 9001 quality-related investigations.
  • Lead investigations of customer complaints regarding quality.
  • Schedule and lead audits for ISO 9001 QMS (internal, external, customer).
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
2.0 REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Education and Experience
● Associates degree in engineering or similar field (preferred) or minimal 5 years of experience
in an ISO 9001 regulated Quality position is required. The successful candidate must have
working knowledge of a manufacturing facility in an ISO 9001 environment.
2.2 Skills and Abilities
● Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing practices.
● Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage customer audits.
● Demonstrates attention to detail.
● Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

3.0 PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
● Squatting, sitting, bending, pushing, walking up to 8 hours per day.
● Daily exposure to production environment.

4.0 OTHERS

● Observes safety and security procedures
