About the Role

At Air Products, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the ownership of product fabrication to product spec required in Hydrogen refueling stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads the product fabrication process to ensure completion, working closely with the HRS product line, regional execution team, quality assurance, supply chain, business area, and various Air Products stakeholders.
  • Ensures all changes are handled in accordance with the standard operating procedure and owns the whole lessons learned process.
  • Plans and leads the product fabrication process to ensure completion, evaluating and seeking required approval for changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a product.
  • Prepares monthly/quarterly spend analysis, providing current financial information and trend logs regarding potential impacts to product budget or forecast.
  • Ensures sustainability impact of product build and contributes towards Air Products sustainability goals.
Requirements
  • BS or MS, preferably in mechanical engineering.
  • 4 years of experience in manufacturing project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective team building and teamwork skills, across a variety of personnel.
  • Knowledge/experience in hydrogen refueling product line a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to drive success.
  • Able to learn quickly and contribute to multiple portfolios of technology marketing.
