Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure the satisfaction of customer expectations, safety, and production requirements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, maintaining records, and reporting performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe working environment for associates and address unsafe acts and conditions in a timely manner
  • Confirm orders properly to achieve organizational goals
  • Conduct quality control plan audits and ensure consistent product quality
  • Meet or exceed relevant OSHA and EPA regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate performance using Shop Floor Management Tools
  • Take ownership of shift and performance reporting management
  • Drive daily schedule attainment and allocate resources effectively
  • Evaluate and coordinate training needs and initiatives
  • Work closely with Engineering and Maintenance to improve production processes and equipment operation
  • Provide coaching and guidance as required
Major Accountabilities:
  • Define problems, collect data, and take decisive action
  • Maintain composure and make sound decisions
  • Improve record procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness

Requirements:
  • Ability to present information, respond to questions, and interact with associates, managers, and peers
  • 2-5 years of experience in a production supervisor role
  • Experience operating within quality framework
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Visual Shop-Floor Management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when required
  • Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other related field; will consider Associates degree combined with experience
