We're searching for a office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for coordinating schedules, planning and marketing brokerage events, onboarding new agents, helping market our brand, and other administrative duties. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Send us your resume today to become part of the team

Compensation:

$15 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules, events, agent onboarding, and any other relevant appointments or tasks for brokerage
  • Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders, running errands, dropping off items, etc.
  • Liaise between the branch and the main office regarding social media and accounting congruence
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests while notifying management of necessary details
  • Keep a balanced record of the brokerage business transactions
  • Part Time. Monday - Friday 9:00-1:00
Qualifications:
  • Experience using Google Calendar, Google Docs, Canva, and Excel
  • Experience as a personal or administrative assistant, or related position a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines 
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred but not necessary
  • Experience with social media marketing is a plus
