**Administrative Assistant Position for Direct Hire**

Full time Administrative Assistant needed for local CPA firm. If you have experience as an Administrative Assistant with some accounting knowledge, please submit your resume. Current or past experiences working in a CPA firm is a plus. The role will have a wide range of responsibilities that include (but not limited to) reception, administration, and light accounting.

**Administrative Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining documents and records
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and updating customer information
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients or customers

**Administrative Assistant Experience**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Proficient in using office software such as MS Office
- Familiarity with file management systems and document organization
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software, payroll, a/r, a/c, invoicing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) is a plus

Pay: $23.21 - $25.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
